Project Objective:

To create some CGIs which would help sell the spaces within the Avenue Centre to companies specializing in 'social competitive games'.

As many of the residents from Bournemouth will remember, The Avenue Centre was a hub for many of us wishing to buy a CD from HMV or some trainers from Sports Direct...however over recent years with on-line shopping becoming a predominant way of shopping and the lockdowns imposed during the Covid years many shops have had to close. To bring the center back to life, the team at the Avenue saw competitive socializing as a way to get people back into Bournemouth.  It has worked wonders in other towns/cities and I am personally, looking forwards to seeing The Avenue Centre and Bournemouth rejuvenated!!!

I discussed the types of competitive socializing companies the team were looking to bring in and based on this information I designed the spaces and in 3DsMax build the different areas to show the different activities.

It was a super project to be involved with and I really loved designing all the different areas. I can't wait for it to become reality!
