Pearce Avenue, an impressive luxury home in Sandbanks
Project Brief:
Create beautiful marketing CGIs for CBS's website and marketing materials.
Project Overview:
I can't stress enough the lasting impact this building and the site has had on me. It is stunning! From the road, the building is set quite far back behind a high wall. But when one enters through the electric gates, the unwavering elegance of this building and the view beyond really come into its own. From the front to the rear, the building steps out in 4 sections with floor-to-ceiling glass panels between the steps. The rear of the building is 90% glass, allowing for uninterrupted views of Poole Bay. The use of materials, design and positioning show a real elegance.
My task was to create CGI's showing the building in its best light, which to be honest, was not hard because it is so beautiful. I created 4 CGIs - a front, rear and two from above as more artistic sketches showing the architect's plans underneath.
Both Adam and Tony were very happy with the images.
